How to Reset Your Password on the Divi Project Support Portal

This guide will walk you through the process of resetting your password while emphasizing the importance of maintaining security and privacy. All communications should remain within the support portal, as email platforms can be less secure.

Step 1: Navigate to the Support Portal

  1. Go to the Portal: Open your web browser and visit support.diviproject.org.
  2. Access Login: On the homepage, click the Login button located in the top right corner.

Step 2: Use The "Forgot Password" Option

  1. Locate the Forgot Password Link:
On the login page, scroll below the login fields and social media login buttons. You’ll see the Forgot your password? link at the bottom of the form (highlighted in the image below).

  2. Click the Link: Select this option to proceed to the password reset page.

Step 3: Enter Your Registered Email

  1. Input Your Email Address: Enter the email address associated with your vault, Stripe, or PayPal account. This is typically the email you used for managing current vaults or subscription payments.

  2. Verify Accuracy: Double-check that the email address you entered is correct. Communications and reset links are only sent to the registered email address, ensuring your privacy and security.

Step 4: Check Your Email and Reset Password

  1. Check Your Inbox: Look for a password reset email from Divi Project Support.
  2. Follow the Link: Open the email and click on the provided Reset Password link. This will redirect you to the support portal to set a new password.

NEVER Share These Details

To protect your assets and personal information, please remember the following:

  1. Seed Words or Recovery Phrases and Private Keys: These represent your wallet. Anyone with access to your seed words or private keys can take full control of your funds. If any website or person offering support asks you to enter your seed words or private keys, you have just lost your funds. Always keep them secure.
  2. Passwords: Never share your passwords for wallets, email accounts, or support portals.
  3. Bank Numbers or Credit Card Details: We will never ask for your bank account numbers or credit card information. If someone asks for these claiming to be support, it’s a scam.
