Accessing and Managing Your Support Tickets in Divi Support Freshdesk Portal

Once logged in, you can easily manage your support conversations through the "Tickets" option at the top navigation bar. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to the Support Portal:
    Go to support.diviproject.org and log in with your registered email address and password.


  2. Navigate to "Tickets":
    After logging in, click on the "Tickets" link located in the top navigation bar (to the left of "Submit a Ticket").

  3. Filter and Sort Tickets:
    On the Tickets page, use the dropdown menu on the right-hand side to:

    • Filter by Open, Pending, or Closed tickets.
    • Sort your tickets by Date Created or other options.

  4. View a Ticket:
    Click on the subject title of any ticket to view its details, updates, and responses. You can also reply directly within the conversation thread or add attachments.


  5. Add Comments
    Start entering comments in the "Click here to add comment"


  6. Enter message, and or attach file, click reply
