My Divi Desktop Application isn't syncing.

Steps to Resolve Your Synchronization Issue:

  1. Shutdown Divi Desktop

    • Exit the application entirely by clicking the "X" in the top-right corner.
    • Ensure the app is fully closed by selecting "Exit" when prompted.
  2. Restart Your PC or Mac

    • Perform a complete restart of your computer. This clears any temporary issues and ensures a fresh start.
  3. Restart Divi Desktop

    • Open the Divi Desktop Application.
    • If a PRIMER window appears, Proceed to Step 8.
    • If no PRIMER window appears, Continue to Step 4.
  4. Open Settings

    • Click the Settings Icon (gear icon) on the left in the navigation bar.
  5. Navigate to Maintenance

    • In the Settings menu, select the Maintenance Tab.
  6. Enable Automatic Primer Restore

    • Scroll down and confirm or check the box for "Automatic Primer Restore".
  7. Clear Cache

    • Click the "Clear Cache" button.
    • Be patient—this process can take a few minutes.
  8. Restore Primer

    • If the Primer Restore Option pops up, click the "Restore" button.
    • Allow the process to run. It may take up to 40 minutes or more to complete.

Important Notes:

  1. Sync Times:

    • A proper decentralized Satoshi-style standard consensus sync (without the primer) may take 1 to 12 hours, depending on your computer’s performance and network connection.
